     Friend genealogist, hello,

       The Genealogy is not any more what it was : a police investigation of ground, sown obstacles, indices, false tracks, steppings, confrontations and even of fatal errors. In very little time, all known works will be or be able to be connected and it will be enough of a click on the name of a person to recover and print her ascent and descent.

       This "GENEALOGY ARITHMETICAL" teaches us only one thing besides: each human has two parents and the catalogue of their "states of service", dates and birthplaces, marriage, death, leaves completely indifferent the entourage of their compiler.

       We propose to you to launch out in the "DESCRIPTIVE GENEALOGY". Our objective consists in giving the genealogists and historians of family the desire and the means "of putting flesh" around the skeleton which is their handwritten or printed genealogy. Our parents, grandparents, ancestors were alive before being a line in a table.

       To introduce at its family, friends, an illustrated genealogy of documents, pictures, related the life of our ancestors in the events of France, of Europe, of the World, here is a way to interest its family circle and to share its passion. That becomes really the search of the comprehension of all that made us such as we are. We can also with the same tools put in scene our own history, integrated in the Universal History, to leave it to our children and to grandchildren.
